At The Nines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or shipment once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
